Shipping & Returns

I will send your order out to you as quickly as possible Monday to Friday, production times are shown against each product.

From time of me posting UK addresses should expect to receive your item within 1 week, please allow longer for bank holidays or if Royal Mail are experiencing postal strikes etc.

For International deliveries please allow 6 weeks.

Custom items are non returnable and non refundable, any issues on these then please message me and I shall try to resolve.

All other items can be returned to me and once I receive back I shall process your refund which can take upto 1 week back into your bank or building society account.  Please message me for details of where to return (Return postage will be at your own expense).
